CAF Administrative Items
This page provides easy access to administrative forms and information used
to help expedite business with the CAF Office. The CAF Office is run by the
CAF Secretary and their Administrative Assistant. The current secretary is
Doug Mathieu and the CAF Office is
currently located in Calgary Alberta. Please feel free to contact the office
if you cannot find what you are looking for on these pages.
We are publishing forms in PDF format to provide easy access and save on mailing costs.
PDF format files can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most web
browsers automatically display PDF documents. If you do not have a copy of
Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the following image and follow the instructions
to download it. Once you get the document displayed, you can then print it
out yourself.

All Kyu and Dan certificates will be sent back to the Dojo contact by the CAF secretary.
The Application for Kyu Certificates (CAF) form is provided to assist in organizing the kyu promotions
and fee collection. This form is not used for Dan promotions.
To order a replacement Yudansha book, complete the Application for International Yudansha Card form,
mark 'replacement' on it and send it to the CAF secretary with the appropriate fee.
The CAF secretary will send it to the Dojo contact when the book is received from Hombu.
Cheques written to pay for Kyu and Dan rank promotions fees are to be made out in the name of the
Canadian Aikido Federation.
!! - PLEASE NOTE:
The CAF testing requirements for all kyu ranks have changed.
Also, testing requirements for Shodan through Sandan have been created
and are available.
